3/30/24 The Moscow & Tbilisi Bakery is absolutely outstanding! The piroshkis are the best I've ever come across anywhere (just tried the cabbage piroshki for the first time.) Yesterday, I finally got around to trying the rye bread (made without yeast) and was completely blown away! This bread has a nice outer crust, and the inside has almost a carrot cake like consistency. Lots of choices and flavorful poroski's. Beef and cheese, mushroom and egg, and plain beef is what I had. They have many cakes and desserts to choose from. I went early in the morning...no wait, no lines. Reasonable. You get a lot for your money. Fast friendly service.

This is a MUST stop whenever we come to the city!! Seriously the beef piroshki are just the absolute best! Staff is always friendly and quick. Have never had an issue when visiting. Only negative thing about this, it's not closer to home(Sac)! I know we have plenty russian stores here but this one is still my favorite!!
