I used to work at a Mrs. Fields and all I can say is it's not as good as I remember. I got the Chocolate Chip Chiller-- a milkshake where they blend in the cookie of your choice. It was good, but not worth $10. The cookies blended in were a bit hard, not soft and chewy like they used to be. Other than that, location is great! It's located on the most popular Pier (Pier 39) and there's lots of things to do around there. The shop itself is super cute, and the employees were friendly.

Mrs Fields cookies are my favorite ever!! I've had the famous Instagram worthy cookies like Levain in NYC and gun-to-my-head if I had to choose, I'd still pick Mrs Fields every time. But the staff at this location are just INCREDIBLE!! Kindest ladies ever. They also did an incredible job with the cookie card I ordered, it looks great!

Blended mocha was better than a Starbucks and we never say that. The elder lady working was very nice and gave us great service. Mini cookies are so soft and sweet we would go everyday if we could.
