RAW is such a great American brunch and Thai restaurant! They have such a great selection of food, drink (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic). I got to be honest. the French Toast is great, but the Thai food is even better! Hands down some of the best in the area. After all that the second runner up has to be the bottomless mimosas. The chorizo Benedict was amazing, but the soufflé pancakes become overwhelming too quickly. Apart from the vanilla curd sauce on top there isn’t any flavor in the pancakes itself.The staff is friendly and the service was pretty fast.

I found myself around Valencia late Sunday morning, so of course, I had to do brunch at RAW Sugar Factory. Chicken and Waffles were perfect and balanced for brunch since it comes with fruit. If you like matcha, you've got an option to have it added atop the waffle. It's definitely a must have.
