We came here for dinner and had a fantastic meal. We ordered 2 root beers, a fry-fecta, and the Heritage, Sunny Side, and Chalet bison burgers. This place offers the best burger we’ve ever had at an excellent price, and we come here every time we’re in the San Francisco area. We’ve been coming here for over a decade, and we will definitely keep coming back!

Love the Tejano burger with veggie patty. This burger comes with a layer of crispy chips inside (the favourite part) and is best if had in the restaurant itself. Their zucchini fries were also pretty good but could have been less oily.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie patty made of beets and quinoa and pretty amazing.
I ordered a burger and fries. Both were good, but I paid for 9 sauces and only received 3. I received a refund, but really wanted the sauces to eat with future meals.

This place is really amazing. The staff was so helpful and kind, very much trying to make us feel welcome without being overbearing. They have inside and outside seating! A very clear menu, and amazing options within the menu.This place was recommended online for gf and I was not let down. They also have lots of other options as well. I saw a picture for a chicken sandwich but it was breaded and I out loud said “oh I wish I could eat THAT!” And the guy was like “you can! It’s GF!” Whattttt so I ordered it and it was quite literally the best thing I ate on that entire trip hands down. Attached is a photo!My husband got a burger called the tejano for himself and he said it was delicious but he loved my chicken sandwich even better! That my friends, tells you how good it was! My hubby loves chicken sandwiches and has tried many - and this was in his top 3 ever!We also tried their made in house soda, I believe the seasonal flavor was blood orange and it was so delicious. The truffle fries were also amazing!Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian patty and lots of toppings :)Dietary restrictions: Awesome gf options and dairy free options as well, I believe you would just need to check sauces and cheeses to be sureParking: It’s all street parking and you have to pay for it, you may have to walk a little ways :)Kid-friendliness: Awesome seating inside and out!Wheelchair accessibility: There is no steps into the restaurant so there shouldn’t be any issues, but you can also sit outside and order so that is an option as well
I have never left a one star review but I had such a terrible experience I need to save other people from such a hellish customer service experience. I was treated with nothing but disrespect from the manager (Anthony). They gave me the completely wrong order and when I told our waiter, the manager came to the table and tried to gaslight me. He was unwilling to hear me out and was extremely rude. I had terrible experience and I will NEVER BE RETURNING!

Cool and clean burger spot. Service is good. Good amount of seating inside. My partner really enjoyed their vegan burger (rated 5/5). I was disappointed the fries tasted like they'd been sitting out for a while.
