Stonemill Matcha wasn't initially on my radar during my SF cafe-hopping adventure, but am I glad my friend took me there!I ended up trying their rose matcha latte, matcha cream pie, and matcha white chocolate chip cookie. While the latte was a bit sweeter than my usual preference, it was still delicious. The matcha cream pie was airy and soft. Terrific caffe. Only negative: counter to the atmosphere, there are fascist signs all over demanding you not stay too long. Annoying. Not very welcoming. Like Seinfeld's Soup Nazis.

Love the concept and menu. Really nice interior design and great place to hang out.Food was good but not wow.The chicken sando was good but there are better ones in the city.The salmon tea rice (matchazuke) was good, but we found it to be overpriced for the portion of salmon.The matcha cream pie was too sweet.
