There was 4 of us. 3 out of 4 are burger and sandwich enthusiasts. They were okay with their order. I had to be as fair as possible with my rating given the group I'm in, the foodie that I am, and altogether experience.
Such amazing burgers first and foremost. But also wanted to say Jared went above and beyond accommodating us, I don't eat cheese and unfortunately the fries we ordered had cheese on them, so Jared gave us a portion of plain french fries within a few seconds and on the house which was very kind and efficient. Really enjoyed our experience at Super Duper Burgers and we'll be back next time we're in San Francisco! Thank you!

Super good service. When only right through the door. Then the first waiter, smiling big and very welcoming, addresses us. And says that we must finally ask if there is anything we want to know or have questions about the food.We ordered 4* coke and food. We didn't like the taste of their coke (taste of chlorine) and wanted to cancel drinking. It was no problem. Got money back. And the waiter brought us bottled water instead.
