I love that they're open late. The ladies making the ice cream sandwiches were very helpful and gave us a run down of how to order. I liked the look of the place it was fun and inviting. We ordered 4 items and it wasn't very expensive at all. I enjoy the variety of cookies, ice cream, and toppings they offer. PLUS! vegan and gluten free options! Which is such a relief!!! And it's actually good!!! Tip: ask for your item to be "hot pressed" it makes your cookie warm without melting the ice cream! I will absolutely be coming back!

If you are going to get any cookie here, get the gooey butter cake cookie and get 2 of them just for yourself. It is DEVINE. I am sent to heaven when I eat this cookie. It literally melts in your mouth and you die from ecstasy. Honorable mention is the lucky charms cookie, so nostalgic and very delicious. We tried both cookies with the churro ice cream. It was very good, but on the sweet side, so definitely share the ice cream with someone, otherwise it might be too much. Overall, I loved this place and can't wait to go back.

It’s just not that good. With the raving reviews, I expected much better. However, I feel like I’ve had better cookies from Costco. The cookie was utterly flavorless! The ice cream flavor was fine, but not that great (the classic blue flavor). It feels incredibly overpriced for a less than average ice cream sandwich.

Unique way to customize your own ice cream sandwich. Everything was excellent, but one tip is to go for the softer cookies because they will harden with the ice cream making some cookies tougher to break off.
I had passed this place several times and been wanting to try it and it did not disappoint! It was delicious and I love how customizable it was. I got a sandwich, brownie on the bottom and cookie on top. If you have a sweet tooth, this place is heaven

While they do serve fantastic customizable ice cream sandwiches, I noticed the ice cream hardened the Cookie Monster cookies, making them challenging to scoop with a spoon. Opting for Gooey Butter cookies proved a win - they're soft, and I had no trouble enjoying my sandwich with a spoon. Portions are generous; skipping lunch might be a wise move. Quick service and conveniently situated in North Beach/Chinatown, it's an excellent casual dessert spot.

The ice cream and cookies here are bomb . I got a brownie sandwich with vanilla ice cream and it was loaded! The service was quick and the workers were nice. They warm the brownies and the cookies too which makes it even better. It's a nice place to go at night when u got the munchies!! The vibe is pretty modern compared the the street outside and gives an ice cream shop feel.
