Exceptional service and food. Their boba was just plain, but their food had good taste and portion. They also serve the food and drinks to your table which was really nice, even if it was just water. Next to the counter, there are many board games arranging from deck of cards to Monopoly Deal to Jenga. Awesome place to hangout with friends. They close really late, so late night boba runs!
Pretty solid boba spot. Free fries for dine in with 3 or more individuals; their red bean drinks are good. Appetizers are worth it in terms of cost and quantity. +1 for upgrading large drinks to x-large for $0.50. Open till 1am which is great for late night boba cravings.

My philosophy on boba and tea shops is, "If their base milk tea is good, then everything is good." This place right here, has one of the best milk tea bobas I've ever had. It wasn't overly sweet, it didnt taste diluted, and even the boba was chewy and had the right amount of sweetness to it. To top it off, it's fairly priced as well! Around 5.75 for a reasonably tall drink. If you're looking for new boba spot, I highly recommend T% anyday.
