Specialty Chang Fun restaurant? Count me in! Their Chang fun had such amazing texture- it was thin but had that je ne sais quoi. It almost as good as the one in Flushing, NY but they have much more varieties of flavor here. I was expecting the typical umami sauce like at dim sum places so their milder sauce took me aback.
