“Best Jack in the Box I've been to in a while! The cashier was really friendly and even gave the 3 of us our orders in our own bags without asking even though it was one check. Burgers were tasty with just the right amount of sauce. Definitely fulfilled that 1am craving!“
“Catalina is the best woman on the planet. Whenever I go out to get fast food, one thing or another is forgotten from my order - - but Catalina is a saintess. As she handed me each of my bags she read aloud everything that was in my order that was included in said bag, she reminded me when I almost forgot my egg rolls. I love this woman and she deserves either a raise or a commendation for her divine skills and that wonderful voice of hers. Might name my first born child after her. 5 stars.“

“Do not always have shakes available and you don't find out till you are already in line and have been waiting for a while. Disappointing when that is what you came for and it's one of the things they sell frequently. Need to post sign before entering drive through. Get attitude when asking why they don't have them available. Happens at multiple locations at different times.“

“So, we went for a random drive from SF and our daughter was hungry. I searched for a fast food place that has nuggets (that's all she eats from fast food places) and I found Jack in the Box. The food the hubby and daughter got was good. I'm vegan and had a Diet Coke. I was very surprised that THERE IS NO FRIGGIN DRIVE THRU!! I do with my search had mentioned this! I've never in my years of traveling seen a JITB without one.“
“I come here every morning at 230 to 240 ish on the way to work My food is always fresh including the fries and wait is no longer than 3 to 4 mins on the busy days. My order is always right this store deserves recognition for their hard work.“

“One evening me and my friend stopped by this jack in the box to grab a bite to eat. My comrade had a burger and fries and I ordered a burger with onion rings as my side. After paying I was handed a couple bags and didn't think to check and neither did my company. Only by the time we got back to the house and started munching did I notice that there were no onion ringsI returned After about 30 minutes and the manager there (a polite Indian woman I don't remember name) cleared up the mistake with a fresh serving of onion rings, and she included a cheesecake slice as well! Good customer service is always my top concern at any establishment, it can excuse most errors on the businesses part. this manager was incredibly polite and went above and beyond my expectations of what good customer service would've looked like in that situation“

“The food is about as tasty as any genuine fast food you'll find. The problem i consistently have with any jack in the box locations is how long it takes to place an order and then actually receive that order in the dining room.They're obviously trained to put priority on the drive thru so if you go inside to eat DON'T... be in any kind of hurry.Sometimes (even when they're so busy), I've had employees look at me, walk right past me and not even acknowledge me. No "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything. And go walk back and start up a conversation with another employee. Hoping that I might leave & go to the drive thru, but I've no car. Oh,.. the downtown Willow Glen store will generally serve you at the drive thru if you're on a bicycle or if you walk up. None of the other locations I've visited will do that.Anyhow yes back to the dining room issue, it's so bad once.i visited a store where a corporate manager was there for whatever kind of business. But she was there for awhile. She had gone in the back after a meeting with a worker, put on a drive thru headset after she made eye contact with me. This was after typical afternoon lunch time and no one was at the drive thru ordering and I was the only dining room customer. But that corporate district lady turned around and went right over to the cook and cashier and started having a jolly little conversation that was all smiles and laughs and great times at work. I gave it almost 2 or 3 minutes and then heard the ding on the drive thru sound and they hopped into action leaving me there wishing I could place and order. And then I left went across the parking lot to Subway on the other end where there is NO drive thru and you know what happened? I placed an order and got something to eat! It's been almost a month since I've been to a Jack's and spent my $$. I think last week early 1 chilly morning a friend paid for coffee. But it was one of those - it's his turn deals. So.... Yeah, too bad because I really like the seasoned curly fries, but have found essentially the same thing at Dollar Tree stores in the freezer section. Take those home and put them in the hot oil fryer and voilaProblem solved“
“Went around 330am and debated going another jack in the box that is closet to my house. I'm glad I didn't because everything was PERFECT. My munchies meal included Ultimate cheese burger added bacon, onion rings and two of the most delicious tacos I've ever had from Jack!!! That woman put the temperature just right where I instantly became satisfied with my decision with going there. Props to the 3am crew!“
