The steamer baskets are super! Also great nabe options, especially on stormy days. Service is friendly and fast. Dishes served in correct order. The agedashi is tasty. The staff checks often if anything else is wanted. The plain rice ? is good!
I've lived in the Bay Area my whole life and I'm so upset I've never heard of this place before! The quality of the food is outstanding - no matter what you get, you can tell they have high standards for what they are serving. My friend ordered a bento box and I got the katsu don, and we were both extremely satisfied with our choices! The katsu don was flavorful and crispy - I would argue that this is in the top three for me. I recommend getting multiple dishes and sharing them...read full review
