If you like thin crust pizza, try MOD pizza. Best thin crust - for a "chain"They have a pizza oven that has a real fire burning! You can see it. Crust is light and crispy every time. You can customize it. They encourage it. The set up is like Chipotle: the ingredients are right in front of you. Usually, it's great. But 3 days ago, my pizza was 1/2 burned. Pizza smelled burned. I ate unburned 1/2. I was very hungry. I needed energy. What I ate was ok.Vegetarian options: It's always great.Sometimes, things happen.I love your ingredients.God bless MOD Pizza ?

Took my friend there for the first time after a trip to Big Sur. I haven’t tried the cauliflower pizza dough in a while thought I give it another chance.
