I had the classic Tonkotsu, the really standout aspect of it was the broth. I personally don't know what is "traditional" but I know that if the broth is not creamy enough or so creamy that it tastes like milk, it absolutely ruins it (for me). The balance of the broth here was excellent, it really brought out the flavor of the pork and the texture of the noodles and bamboo shoots. Their tonkotsu ramen is bomb. I am a type of person who drinks the broth first before I start fishing for noodles and other toppings. The broth is very deep in taste, and it wowed me. Good job Ramen One R1. Will definitely return.

A nice small ramen bar. Perfect for friends or family 2-4 people. Order upfront, and then seated. Fast and friendly service. GREAT food, the appetizers and ramen ? Tonkotsu and spicy miso tonkotsu hits the spot.
