The staff is beautiful and friendly, especially Selena and Sandra, who are the most attentive waitresses I have ever met. They pay extra attention to all of their customers and go out of their way to help maintain the place in tip-top shape. Celena is also a caring conversationalist, with sophisticated insights into a variety of current events and topics. Sandra is a good singer and dancer. Whenever I am here, I always have a good time.“

“I can't believe I've lived around this bar for decades and never visited until now. They look closed and a bit obscure, and it's a bit hidden in a small, dark corner of a small complex. But check this! - Friendly, cute bartender. I was digging her tattoos, too! - Good service - Adequate music, where it's lively but you can still talk - Large selection of whiskey and beer - Friendly patrons I've been to dive bars where the patrons look extremely sad (think Barney & alcoholics in the Simpsons). I was there only during bar hours.The staff is amicable and attentive, always asking how we were doing and advising us on the day specials (which were actual good recommendations and not predatory practices).Even though honest mistakes were made in the charges they were proactive and eager to correct them. “An amazing affordable seven servings of beef. If you've never done it you have to try it. You do have to like eating food with your hands. Since basically you make spring rolls with all the meat. If you are looking for a sit down style restaurant with table service, this might not be the place for you. Tuesdays they do buy 1 street taco get the other free along with other good deals such as all appetizers being a certain price like 8 bucks.Got the michelada flight which was really good with 4 different flavors. “Went for the weekend to San Jose to watch the 49ers game and we decided to pick Javi's as our bar for the night. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We can tell everybody there were regulars, but no one treat it us like outsiders. We had a blast we got to talk and laugh with some regulars. We had so much fun that We forgot our credit card. Lisa went out and beyond to contact me to let me know. I already thought she a was wonderful bartender but she blew my expectations. We definitely want to go back when ever we are in San Jose. “The boyfriend and I stumbled across this hidden gem by accident -- and, we're so glad that we did.For starters, we were able to grab a seat immediately upon walking in on a Saturday night. Our bartenders were absolutely fantastic -- very fun, engaging, and entertaining. I wanted a cocktail but didn't care for the way it's traditionally made so they got creative for me, and the drink was soooo good. Refreshing, and very light -- even the boyfriend was impressed. He had a couple beers on tap and shared that they were also good. The menu is unique in that there are skewers of all kinds offered. It's not something you see all the time and the variety is pretty cool. We had a lot of fun with our daughter, and Will's outgoing personality made it even better.(us dads have to stick together)Elk ? and Buffalo burgers, and I got the bison steak. The tatanka in both plates was amazing!The elk burger had a bit of a sweet taste, which was a nice surprise, and the meat wasn't gamey at all, 10/10. The fries, although lightly salted, were fried to perfection. 9/10. The meat was perfect on the Buffalo burger, juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. 10/10 She enjoyed trying what some of her ancestors used to eat. Will even added mushrooms to the burger without changing the price. ? / The Bison Ribeye 8oz steak with chimichurri sauce and coconut rice was a revelation! I love steak, but eating Bison/Buffalo shows us a better option that we're missing here in America, 10/10. Grilling it on a rock in front of me was pretty cool, too. The coconut rice was really nice, a well-balanced flavor, and went great with the Ribeye. 9/10.“

“My friend was hyping this place up so I decided to see if he spoke some truth to his statements. It didn't disappoint, but it didn't hit it out of the park either. Interior is very presentable. Clean and new. There are a lot of choices to pick from, but you get a limited quantity per category. You have their base, two base toppings, two scoops of protein, five toppings, two sauces (unfortunate), and then two sprinkles. The taste of the fish by itself is okay. Sauce is really good though. I was surprised at how much it was (about $3 more than what I'm used to paying) but their portions are very generous. I could not finish my bowl in one sitting when I always do. Hopefully the next time I come back, I'd find my go-to recipe!“
