“Oh yes my local Starbucks near church. I sometimes come here to grab a quick drink during the Sunday lunch hour and it feels good. I have been coming to this particular location ever since my high school years. Some people from my high school even worked at this location themselves as well. Even though seating is now limited in this location, it's still the best place to get some quality drinks. The prices I pay at this Starbuck are very reasonable. I even get better customer service than at any other joints. If you are local to the area, this is one of those "coffee pit stops" that you tend to be at. The service is so great that everyone comes here. I must say it's really true because within a 2 mile radius there are lots of other Starbucks but this place takes the cake in terms of service and speed.“

“Like every morning it’s a busy hectic day and getting coffee is so hard to have time to grab especially when i have three kids to get to school on the other side of town, today was a treat for me because my step dad offered to take the kids to school for me while i get ready for work, the kids where ready early so he decides to get me a coffee and breakfast sandwich yay me ?♀️ he comes back with less than half the order frustrated on the time he was waiting for the food, i call the cafe turns out the food was never charged for. We ate in the park in the parking lot because there's nowhere to eat inside. “I work nearby this Starbucks and always do a mobile order 3 times a week. Each time is consistent and my meal is always warm. I usually time it where each time I don't need to wait. The indoor space feels roomy and the pick up counter is wide and organized where I am able to find my drink quickly and leave. The outdoor patio is large and spaced out nicely where I sometimes have meetings during my coffee runs mid day.There's plenty of parking in the mornings and the staffs were always so friendly.“

“Contrary to some reviews, I'd consider this Starbucks to be one of the best in Willow Glen! The area around this store isn't bad at all, and you could stop for some quick meals or the nearby park as well. The community is very kind!The employees always seem happy to work there, and in the 4 years that this location has been my regular stop, it's been great to see the evolution of some of the employees there- you can tell they're dedicated to their job! The store itself is kind of small- but always seems to have a cozy ambience. The mobile order service isn't hard to figure out, and the set up of chairs and tables is kept tidy. As for the drinks themselves, my family has always had a great experience with our orders here! Especially my usual espresso. This one is no exception! For me, my ideal is Venti size. Everybody there is very nice! Like every other Starbucks, there are a lot of sounds, from the cool music they play in there to the refrigerators, blenders, microwaves, etc. As always a Starbucks has quite the amount of people in there but it's not super crowded, but there are people there. She's the sweetest girl there, always so bubbly, remembers my name (even my coworkers!), and greets me with excitement every morning. Starting my day with her positivity is a must before heading to work. I hope Nicole gets a raise for her hard work and her amazing, positive attitude! “Pretty standard Starbucks experience recently, which has been being met with a cheerful staff with good recommendations. The location and clean, but parking at times can be tricky. I haven't tried the food at this location, but the Refreshers I tend to select have been executed well. The seating is well spaced, but I wouldn't call it cozy and encouraging one to stay for a while. This area of Lake Forest has several competitive coffee/cafe locations and I would say Starbucks is still holding its own even though it is not a mom and pop shop.“

“I went in earlier today and boy was it busy!! There were many people waiting outside and inside, but you can tell that the baristas were trying the best they could. Although most of the customers were in a bad mood, the baristas were trying to work as fast as possible & I don't think people really appreciated that. Customers were complaining and being very rude, but the baristas kept apologizing and thanking them for waiting! I did end up waiting 20 minutes for my mobile order, but I know it wasn't on purpose. The drinks were delicious. Times a rough especially during the holidays! We shouldn't make their times harder just because we have to wait! I appreciate these baristas so much!!“

I used to go to the one in Hamilton Plaza across the street but I didn't like the way my drinks were coming out. “Finally noticed the Starbucks on the corner, signage is not blatant nor outside tables with green umbrellas, had some time so dropped by and got a drink. There is no drive-thru. At 8:12 am on a Monday there was no line, I waited a few minutes for my ice mocha and went on my way. The cashier was the same person making my coffee but there were a couple of other workers around. A second cup of coffee (for me) made it a good day.“

Also has a drive thru and outdoor tables/umbrellas.I’ve always had a great service experience at this location & a positive energy.The high school is down the street, so during the school year before and after it may be packed. Also as is usual the morning and evening can be backed up, especially the driver thru.I typically order ahead on the app, and during the busy hours they won’t be taking mobile orders so I go somewhere else. (As we all know there are Starbucks 5 minutes in every direction no matter where you are… so I just go to the one that I can mobile order at.Parking: It gets crazy, but there is always a spot you can reasonably walk to. Sometimes it seems people would rather wait 15 minutes for a closer spot and block traffic instead of just taking a spot with a 5 minute walk. Different strokes for different folks.“
“Today was really busy at Starbucks because they had a special for the drinks! I ordered on the mobile app and my drinks were there when I arrived. I was very impressed because there were only 3-4 employees making coffee and about 20 drinks were already out on the counter.
