“Great food, great staff, great service. Love the old fashioned bar and restaurant environment. The bartender is super fun. The wait staff are very, quick and fun. We had the tri-tip sandwich dinner and pork ribs. Both meals were excellent, perfectly seasoned. The baked potato and bread with tomato sauce were great. Highly recommended!!!!“
“We had the Ribeye steak, New York steak with Prawns, Roasted Brussel Spouts and Mashed Potatoes it was all very delicious ?. I personally loved the Ribeye steak it was done perfectly and the Mashed Potatoes were sooo creamy and cheesy. Highly recommend those two items.“
“Gave four stars because of outstanding service (Tami) and assistance by general manager (Jenn). Here for brunch on weekend. My eggs over hard. Ordered over easy. Bernadine sauce really really bad. Cook hard time cooking. Not used to making eggs as the brunch just temporary. Still! Steak served cold. My 84 year old lady friend had small steak. She loves it here. I don't. most likely return for dinners as she lives nearby and always asks to come here. Me, I prefer Morton's or any upscale steakhouse.“
“First, I want to give a shout out to the greatest waiter I've ever had, Will. Polite, respectful, funny, and a great storyteller. We had a lot of fun with our daughter, and Will's outgoing personality made it even better.(us dads have to stick together)Elk ? and Buffalo burgers, and I got the bison steak. The tatanka in both plates was amazing! The elk burger had a bit of a sweet taste, which was a nice surprise, and the meat wasn't gamey at all, 10/10. The fries, although lightly salted, were fried to perfection. 9/10. The meat was perfect on the Buffalo burger, juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. 10/10 She enjoyed trying what some of her ancestors used to eat. Will even added mushrooms to the burger without changing the price. ? / The Bison Ribeye 8oz steak with chimichurri sauce and coconut rice was a revelation! I love steak, but eating Bison/Buffalo shows us a better option that we're missing here in America, 10/10. Grilling it on a rock in front of me was pretty cool, too. The coconut rice was really nice, a well-balanced flavor, and went great with the Ribeye. 9/10.“
“We were in search for a hibachi restaurant in the Bay area. Not too many around based on Google Maps. We ended up going here on a Saturday night about 6pm. It wasn't too busy at all at the time but started to get busy about 30 min later. This is a typical hibachi with the same salad and miso soup to start with. The hibachi was the same as well. The cook was very entertaining and friendly. The food was not the best I had at a hibachi but it still tasted good. I ordered the chicken and scallops with fried rice. I think it needed more flavor like garlic and salt. Afterwards, they served ice cream. The flavors they had were green tea, orange, & vanilla. The vanilla tasted good.Everything was a good portion of food. I had to box the rest of mine up. Overall it was a good experience.“
“Went on a Friday night but early evening : and there was surprisingly only about 4 groups there. Was expecting it to be busier? It is downtown SJ and you do need to find parking but we did not have issues finding free parking. Service was good . They kept it coming. We went to buffet table. It had an ok selection . Meats we had : about 10 different varieties of steak, beef, chicken . Also had a pork sausage . Very similar to Fogo. But got an additional star for not being as crowded. Was able to enjoy the date!“
“Khaly was the excellent, attentive server and she is very kind and person’s server. She did recommendations for me and colleague and there were very good quality food. She deserves to be recognized for her excellency in taking care of our table today. Thank you. Khaly.“
