I decided to hold my Mom's celebration of life according to the Iranian tradition at the Stone Stew restaurant. I talked with the owner, Naseem. She promised to create an ambiance worthy of my Mom and she did not disappoint! The food, service and attention to details were top notch. I got the Vakil Abad-Mashad Stone Stew. Brand new domain of Persian cuisine I've never explored, and it was good. Pretty good kashke bademjan too, plus you get a lot of bread with your meal; comes in handy with the soup.
