Food is ok, facility is clean, but the staff team does not seem very active and responsive. I ordered a coffee and waited for around 15 mins, still not ready. I had to go to the counter, trying to talk someone. Waited 2 mins, finally got a staff checked the system and realized my order has not been prepared. Took another 3 mins, to get my cold coffee. It was not a busy time at all. Also in the self service area, there was no napkin, forks, spoons, etc.
Family Favorite!!! Customizable, so there's something for everyone! Their value menu cheesy bean & rice is the kid's choice. And their Cinnabon Delights dessert is Awesome!!

So I honestly don’t know how people get hired if they can’t read! Twice I’ve ordered from here, and I haven’t received the right order! The last time I ordered ordered 2 chalupas, and got 2 crunchy tacos instead. Great way to rip off customers!? The crunch wrap I ordered was almost empty inside and burnt on the outside.
