I know people get upset about the prices of food when they could have ordered the same dish at a different restaurant but to be fair the establishment themselves usually aren’t as swanky, sometimes you’ll have 30 minute waits and bad parking at other Vietnamese restaurants. Good food, done well. Look at appetizers as well. You can save a bit.....I did! Oh, and the grilled onion wrapped with beef.....Ohhh, sooo, good. You will love it. The Vung Tau Restaurant is a regular spot for me since moving to San Jose. If you want to dine inside make sure to reserve ahead. If dining outdoors both covered or open you may wait a little but it's worth it here.
