“My family and I finally got to try Dough Zone and so happy I did. We ordered two fried potstickers, wonton soup, beef noodle soup, onion pancakes and the cucumbers. Everything was hot and delicious! My kids ate everything which was awesome because they can be picky. We finished everything and they already asked to return on the car ride home. Highly recommend! Check them out and you will not be disappointed!“
“Our go to spot to get fish sandwiches and pork bun. They definitely raise the price on the fish sandwiches, but it's worth every penny . The service is pretty quick as you come in and right out. Come by early as they sell out quick. Everything is made fresh.“
“Food is good, but it is kindve inconsistent. Some days the food is tasting better than other days. It’s always good tho. THEY LOAD YOUR PLATE UPPP, which is amazing for a broke college student like me. One complaint I have is when you want chicken, you just get a bite of fried Skin. I want the chunks oh “
“Dropped by here over the weekend. Been coming here for years, long before the pandemic. Been to other places that sell dumplings too. Some of those places sell premium dumplings too. The dumplings at this place are good. On par with the expensive places around the bay, even in LA.The service is okay. The atmosphere is casual.Definitely my go to pot for dumplings.“
“Don't be fool by it's appearance. It used to be you can dine in before pandemic. However, they offer to go only. Food is very tasty ,and you get a good portion for a decent price. Lunch rice plate is around $9:00,is served until 3:00pm. Credit card accepted. Let's support this tiny place with good food ,good price by a good family always with a smile.??❤️Parking: Parking ar rear with limited space, but you always can find street parking.“
“staff is very friendly and efficient! love the fun concept mixed with tasty traditional noodles. I got R2 and the soup base is delicious; combined with all the toppings that come with it, it's a very filling meal and worth the price. store is clean, has different seating styles, nice lighting, and overall great atmosphere.“
“Best take out ever, idk what people are saying you know some restaurants specialize in certain things. The sesame chicken, fried rice and chow mein are the BESTTTT flavor hits every time and has a smokiness to the food, been coming here since I was a kid . I now live where there's a whole Chinatown and I drive to San Leandro every time I want Chinese food. If they ever close i will cry.“
“Wow!!! Driving home with my kids from a beautiful celebration of life and someone said I was Chinese food... So I plugged in Chinese restaurant on Google Maps and we found JL Kitchen.Dinner with some seriously picky eaters with negative attitudes... where everyone says... "Wow... This food is soooo good" after trying each thing... This is a first!!!This place is amazing and I hope to find a reason to go to San Leandro more often... Or just to come here works!!!Kid-friendliness: One adult and 3 kids.... And when the youngest dropped her fork, I went to pick it up (because by the youngest of 4 and you chill out a lot!) But the server heard it hit the ground and came over with another one before we could get to it!“
“We’ve known of this place for a long time and have been here before. However, I had never posted a review about them and I feel like they deserve it, not only due to their good food but also due to their excellent customer service. My son and I got the #10 L and XL respectively and it is really, really good. Also got the milk tea and with bobba. It is way too sweet both; for my taste and for my max sugar daily intake. That is my only complaint but not a big deal for me. They have plenty of parking and their men’s restroom is ADA compliantParking: There is plenty of parking, alwaysWheelchair accessibility: Men’s restroom is ADA compliant“
“Three favorable things caught my attention at this restaurant. One, I was pleasantly greeted by the owner when I walked through the door. Two, the portions were very, very generous. And three, there were NO peas in the fried rice. Don't get me wrong, I love peas, just not a fan of peas in my fried rice...I'm the one who annoyingly picks them out. There are two styles of Chow Mein, I chose the thin noodles and not because one looked better than the other...I just wanted to get my fill of the other goodies in my box.Parking: A few spaces in front; shared parking with 7-11 convenience store.“
“Neighborhood Cantonese restaurant situated in a little strip mall. A small restaurant which has a lot of take-out orders but sufficient number of spread out tables to suit your party of 1 to many. Serves comfort Cantonese food like Dry Beef Chow Fun, Diced Chicken and Salted Fish Fried Rice, Peking Spareribs, Beef Stew with Tendons in a Clay Pot, etc... We had the three item (pick from a two sided menu - you might need to ask for the menu) meal for $31 which is your choice of items along with a bowl of house soup (diced pieces of protein, bones, and veggie clear soup). We picked: - Fried Fish Filets and Fried Tofu in a Claypot - Peking Spareribs - Beef Stew & Tendon in a Clay Pot All three dishes were tasty and met our expectations. Decent portions and our table of three men finished all except for the Beef Stew which I took home. The items came out in the order listed. Rice is extra on the $31 menu and since we were carb watching, we asked for only two bowls which were more than enough. Like any restaurant, there's a larger profit margin on rice similar to drinks and fries at a fast food restaurant. Definitely will go back to try other items.“
“This review is NOT for their chicken noodle (which I hear is very good) but for their seafood noodle soup and fresh squeezed sugarcane drinks! The seafood noodle soup doesn’t get its fair share of attention. It’s a delicious flavor and a generous portion. Plenty of ingredients, and ask them for the ginger sauce to go with it and it’s the bomb! We’ve been grabbing their sugarcane drinks for ages now. I prefer the simple one with kumquat but there’s lots of flavors to choose from. It’s always so thirst quenching especially on a warm day. Brings me back to Southeast Asia right away. My only gripe are the prices for the drinks sky rocketed in the past year, but that’s inflation for ya.They just expanded their indoor space so there’s almost twice as many tables now and they’re usually full at peak lunchtime. Easy parking in the mall lot. Come just past lunchtime like around 1 or 1:30pm to avoid the crowds.“
“Came here on MLK day for some dim sum and I was not disappointed. It took a while for everything to come out, but it was all warm and yummy so worth the wait. Some highlights were the egg tart, the siu mai, and lo mai gai. I'm a big fan of egg tarts and these are definitely top six. The texture of the crust was flaky in the best way, and the filling was perfectly cooked and silky. The location is a little hard to find parking but it's worth it!“
“Absolutely delicious food with really broad and diverse menu. Very attentive, courteous and quick service. This is really authentic, high quality Chinese food. Generous portions, too.Bring warm clothes, though - it was as cold as a refrigerator inside.Parking: Large and nearly empty parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible“
“Menu have pictures to better illustrate the items which makes orderings easy especially for 1st time patrons. Service is fast and quick, they bring you hot tea right after you sit down. This is a eat and go sort of place, not great to chat or mingle. Parking is super easy even on the weekends. The staff speaks Cantonese, mandarin and English as well. Portions are generous as well.“
“My son's favorite place for fried rice and noodles Food is set up under glass in heating pans Sometimes fresh sometimes not so fresh But all in all food is tasty when you get it hot Lots of food for a 2 or 3 item meal Price is fair Also just found out After 7 or 8 pm (close at 830) If you buy 2 meals you get 3rd for free Even without that bonus this is our spot for quick cheap Chinese“
“They printed in bold on the cover of the menu “NO MSG” & they are true to the words. I did not get thirsty after eating.I bought 2 orders. They cook while I waited. When I get home, it is still HOT. BIG portion. The meat was accompanied by plenty of vegetables. This is GENUINE Chinese cooking with salt, sugar, condiments & herbs. While the other restaurants that have changed hands are reintroducing the notorious MSG, Ga Hing is one of those last bastions that maintains the real cooking.Only AMATEUR use MSG.“
“Food is good (except shrimp dumplings 蝦餃 which is just so so), service is great, and priced fairly.3 issues: (1) They may not have enough staff to handle good business. (Under new ownership, give it some time)(2) Parking is not easy if you come at noon.(3) It's a bit noisy because the tables are close to each other.I live nearby so I know parking is always a problem, just come earlier and try the good dim sum.“
“Ordered the lightly crisped (just how I like them) honey walnut prawns & cheese puffs via door dash and they both were HELLA good. The portion sizes were great and flavor perfect. I just wish someone told me the cheese puffs had yellow curry mixed in them.“
“I went to Fusion Delight for a wedding banquet, which means several mass produced dishes for 20 tables. The food was really good, came out on time, the staff were responsive to needs and there was space for a door floor and other wedding stations (photo booth, etc.)Sometimes wedding banquets can be hit or miss but this one was good. I wouldn't mind trying this for a normal lunch or dinner.“
“Since moving to the neighborhood a few years ago, this Chinese restaurant has become our favorite takeout spot. Their fried rice and eggplant fried tofu dish are consistently excellent, keeping us coming back for more. We appreciate the consistently delicious food and reliable service whenever we crave Chinese cuisine!“
