Got a birria quesadilla with Consommé to go. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The green salad that came with was very good. You also get a good amount of meat. Took them a little long to make though.
Very very good on point food especially when I first discovered Gordos and the older male that always has a mug on his face was preparing the food. Since then there is new crew of servers and the food is good but not as great as before. I guess it depends on who prepared the food and cooks it.

The food is fantastic tasting, however it is not always made with quality or care. I order the same taco salad and quesadilla every time I go and it's hit or miss if they get my order correct and the main food server has a little attitude and is not polite when asked to correct mistakes or forgotten items.
