I enjoyed the atmosphere and cozy vibes of this place! They had a propane fueled heater to keep the room warm during the cold winter nights. The parking situation isn't the easiest as they have a very small one-way parking lot that you need to back out of into the street for as you leave, so street parking might be ideal for most guests. This is old school Mexican restaurant and food and thank goodness it still exists. Maze like interiors with old style decor, frescos on the walls, heavy furniture. It just gets more beautiful as the night comes. Polite helpful servers that know the menu. Lots of new variations but I went with the Chile relleno, cheese enchilada, rice and beans. It rushed me back to my childhood. Enjoy.
