“While walking into the subway, I noticed that during this lockdown world, it was barren; however, this all changed as I noticed the grin of a happy employee that had a twinkle in his eye willing to help me as both a customer, and as a new friend. I went through my order, ordering something a bit complex, but this employee seemed to understand it perfectly. As I left, now feeling as refreshed as ever since the start of lockdown, I asked this fine man what his name was. His name, was Simeon. “Over the years since my first visit to this Blaze, I learned how to actually order a great Pizza when a Blaze is not Blazingly busy.If not too busy, then one can carefully select the toppings and really do to town with what one wants. The secret to not burning the Pizza is to ask them nicely to put the metal grill underneath the Pizza, which is normally only used for the special dough Pizza's. Again, if they are not too busy, and are skilled, it will not come out burnt.While it is not a NYC style Pizza, since it is so thin, it still can be a very tasty meal.I am sort of a fan and even have their app on my phone....but I prefer the quieter AG location.I am going to include my old review below, just to show how much my experience has changed.Thanks Blaze Pizza![ Old outdated review: "Blazingly boring.Wife "hate" factor is way way off the charts!!!BEWARE!!! “5 guys 5 stars. I like this place. I like all the 5 guys, and this is right up to quality consistency. Anytime you need a Burger. This is a great stop and you're better to choose all the toppings with no extra charges. He just gotta love it 5 guys. I'll be back again and again and again.“
