I stopped here for a late lunch on Sunday around 2:30. I ordered my favorite sandwich, Napa Almond Chicken Salad. The menu board read $7.79 for the sandwich. When I received my receipt I noticed that Larissa had charged me $8.79. When I brought it to her attention she said there was nothing she could do about it since the board pricing had not been updated and she was unable to correct the price on her computer. Kudos to Panera for dealing with a Karen that refused to wear a mask. She was all pissy and thought that she didn't have to wear a mask because she was pregnant. Was acting all rude. They politely asked her to wait outside for her order. Go Panera!

The woman taking our order was wonderful! She got everything we wanted and even described menu items to us. The other woman that put our food together, had mislabeled the sandwiches so I unknowingly gave mine to someone else and then couldn't eat the one mislabeled.
