“This is a healthy casual food option. There were bowls and sandwiches and soups, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. With the oven making fresh focaccia up front, I ordered a sandwich. The banh mi was tasty and unusual with a focaccia bun. It was messy (needed two napkins and a fork), but I would order it again. The salad that accompanied it was so much better than the typical free side salad. It was dressed with a fresh herbal vinaigrette and not a single leaf was wilted or past its prime. There is indoor seating, which has that fast food vibe, and a covered outdoor area, where you are mostly protected from the occasional rain shower.“
“Stop #20 on my quest to hit as many Ike's as possible in 2023 brought me to San Luis Obispo where apparently all sandwiches come with jalapeño and picklesThe service here was great. Super friendly especially to my kids and not at all overwhelmed when I ordered 6 sandwiches and two orders of kids nuggets. Spot was clean, had plenty of seating. Only thing I'd change is adding more lunch boxes to the walls As always the food was top notch and enjoyed by my entire family. Thank you Ike's for your amazing grub“
“The food is delicious and there is a little something for everyone whether it comes from the deli, the cold case full of freshly made sandwiches, salads, & wraps for people on the go, or you just need a little snack from the store itself. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. There is seating both indoor & outdoor with umbrellas to keep you comfortable and shaded from the sun. You can call in your order if your in a hurry and most food is ready in 5-10 minutes plus they have a hot case offering breakfast burritos in the morning & chicken strips, corndogs, & chimichangas during lunchtime along with taquitos & all beef hotdogs on the warmer. This place is a hidden gem.“
“Delicious big hearty sandwiches and fast friendly service! We came here at sandwich rush hour at 12 noon on Saturday of spring break! However the staff were ready and we were in and out in 10 minutes. We had the Italian full size and split it and it was the perfect amount of food for us for lunch. The cashier was very friendly and also gave us 2 cookies for free. Inside was small and cozy so we took our food to go. Really flavorful yummy sandwich! We will be back on our next trip through SLO. This was the perfect place to stop as we drove From the coast to go wine taste in paso.“

“While walking into the subway, I noticed that during this lockdown world, it was barren; however, this all changed as I noticed the grin of a happy employee that had a twinkle in his eye willing to help me as both a customer, and as a new friend. I went through my order, ordering something a bit complex, but this employee seemed to understand it perfectly. As I left, now feeling as refreshed as ever since the start of lockdown, I asked this fine man what his name was. His name, was Simeon. “While browsing Yelp, I came across Capriotti's nearby. I enjoy trying new places on the whim, so I'm glad that I chose this sandwich shop today. First of all, both the manager and the young guy who prepared my sandwich were super professional and nice, and the place was very clean. I was extra surprised when both of them walked thru the place cleaning, picking up small pieces of paper and tidying up in general. But the main event was my super duper large sandwich, "The Bobbie." It was delicious and fresh, made with soft bread, and filled with a burst of flavors of turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. I'm glad that I opted for the large size, so I can enjoy it again tonight and maybe even tomorrow.“

“We have always been fans of the SLO location but always take out. We decided to visit Osos today and we’re not disappointed.Firstly they have additional menu items including a fantastic burger. We just had a plain cheese burger for my toddler and it was fantastic. We got our usual Dutch punch crunch (never disappoints). The Strauss soft serve ice cream was a nice surprise!Downsides were no big bags of chips and a really small selection of non alcoholic bottle/can drinks.There is a large gift shop area and a large selection of bottle wines. Both beer and wine on tap too!TLDRBurgers! Lots of seating, kid friendly.We will absolutely be coming back to this location.Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs available.
