The San Luis Obispo Santa Rosa Street store is unsafe. On 2/11/2024 at approximately 10:30 PM my son was physically assaulted inside this store by a total stranger for reasons unknown. There were several witnesses; however, most had left between the time the police officer showed up. She inquired of remaining witnesses, but none of the Taco Bell staff stepped up, including the on-shift manager. Valuable evidence from security cameras was not offered. The tables were dirty, no one ever smiles when my wife and I go in there and the floors look like they hadn't been swept for a couple hours.Parking: It's a pain in the butt to get out of the parking lot because either exit, goes on to a busy street! There was trash all over the lot and sketchy people everywhere!!!
