I used to like El Pollo Loco a lot for their fresh salsas and of course the chicken. But these days I find myself eating there less and less because everything is prepackaged (except chicken) and the vibe is just not as good. I got the 4 piece chicken as the pieces are not big with extra tortillas and only 1 choice of salsa. The chicken was a little dry, but I still liked it. So I am new to the pollo app. I came into the restaurant not knowing how to navigate the app to get my rewards. Elizabeth was helping me and took me out of the line and showed me how to order, customize my order and redeem my reward. She was patient and kind . A wonderful employee and a very nice person. 5 stars to her and the restaurant! The food was prepared quickly and presented hot and appetizing. We will be back

This place rocks, especially during lunchtime when the Chicken is fresh off the grill. My go to is a pollo bowl combo $6-7. Comes with tortillas or chips, AND a drink. Best value around the area. Staff is friendly and efficient. The flavors are so good!!
