Nicolas who worked graveyard shift 1/14 at 12 AM was extremely rude and disrespectful got my order wrong and when I kindly asked the order be fixed he proceeded to give me an attitude. Grew up coming to this Jack and my mom is very good friends with the manager who also knew me as a kid never had a bad experience at this Jack.
I usually go through the drive-thru, they're very nice. When dining inside everything is always clean. They get the orders right in the dining area and the drive-thru. They have outside seating too.
