Had a wonderful birthday dinner at The Mining Company. Hadn't been to the new location previously, and it is even a little closer to home. Our server was a delight and attentive. The food was great, and I had a nice draft beer that our server helped us select. They brought a nice sundae for my birthday too.
I never had a tuna melt so that's what I ordered. It was good and even better cold the next day! Will go again. Glad my friend wanted to try the new opening.TMC is in space previously held by Phil's BBQ. Sorry I now have to drive south on 15 for their ribs. BUT will return to TMC.
