I used to go to Taco Bell often maybe once a week. I haven't been to a Taco Bell for a couple of years and this visit was a huge letdown. The food was terrible, I ordered some new chicken enchilada burrito. It pretty much tasted like dog food smells. It was absolutely terrible. The chips and cheese were good and the mountain dew was mountain Dewy but I can't get that taste out of my mouth from the burrito.
The only reason I give it two stars is the heavy set manager that works the nights every time I go at night rude and needs a lesson in customer service but other than her food is great and the other employees are great

Ordered on mobile to save time. They don’t start making your order until you are at the restaurant and check-in. Didn’t save any time and waited 20+ minutes for my order AFTER checking in. The people in the drive-thru are waiting 30 minutes. Not worth it.
