My first time going to OSF. We wennt on a rainy Sunday, perhaps that's why it wasn't as crowded, seated right away. Nice ambiance, food was great, staff was attentive. Reasonable pricing, straight forward menu all good stuff.
This was the first time eating at spaghetti factory in San Diego And let me tell you they did not disappoint The service was great, and the food was even better My dad recently passed away and this is where I would go for my birthday with him every year And since I just moved back to the West Coast after 10 years Even though my dad is not here any more. It was only right to go with my family again. Thank you, spaghetti factory for all the great times I always have with you!

We arrived at the perfect time. We had no wait with no reservations. The service was really good. The waiter was fast, friendly, and very attentive even though he had several large group tables. The food was good, hot and fresh. Different than other Italian style places we've eaten at, but that's to be expected. The menu was simple. If you don't like spaghetti look for another place to eat.
