We provided BentoSprout bentos for our guests at our wedding in Mill Valley and our families and friends LOVED their bentos (of course we did too bc we chose it duh lol)!!! Authentic bento box!!! Looks small but has layers. Rice and main entree on top, three sides differ but I mine had japanese potato salad, yam noodle/carrot, spinach gomae, plus dessert mochi filled with sweet adzuki (res) beans. Meatball was tasty and filling, as was the sesame tofu/broccoli. The teri salmon was also very good, but a slightly larger portion would be better. Tasty, healthy and satisfying bento box. A lot of other bento boxes out there are too salty, but the bento box from BentoSprout is lightly seasoned, but bold flavor. I hope my company use this caterer regularly. Highly recommended.
