I ordered a late lunch to go on a weekday. Double enchiladas with refried beans & rice. Overall, a 10 out of 10. I know they've been there years. Quality is consistently good. Though I only went to the reception counter to pick up my order, the atmosphere was positive. I was only 10 minutes away & waited a few minutes after parking. We've been steady patrons of Celia's for a long time! Service is great - very fast - and the staff treats us like family and always accommodates our special requests. We love their food and the festive atmosphere. My twins celebrate their "family" birthday there every year!!

The wait staff was fabulous and the fish tacos were awesome. Just spicy enough.My waitress was helpful and pleasant and knew when I needed something. Fish Tacos were delicious and had a wonderful spicy bite. I had black beans substituted for the re-fried beans and those were very tasty. The rice tasted freshly made. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet. Very nice.
