L & L has amazing food their barbecue is delicious. The burgers are very good basically everything on the menu I've tried is amazing!!! However their customer service sucks. It makes me not even want to go there any longer because customer service is horrible. Not only do they close so early!! Its ridiculous you close at 8 o'clock but when you try to do a pickup order at 7:15 pm and all the phone does is ring then go straight to a voicemail. As L&L spots go, this one is not a well functioning one - some things are really off about it. Everything moves very slowly here and you get the vibes that you're the irritant. Place is short staffed or just short sighted - they will close for break during peak dinner hours, good luck showing up at 6 or 6:30PM and wonder what is going on (this 'break' of course, is not listed in their business hours).
