Love the big bowl of beef combination noodle soup. It was very flavorful. The service was great. I came on a Sunday at lunchtime. There was no wait, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I was even reminded of a free Thai iced tea with a yelp check-in. Good iced tea too.
On a super chilly night, I really wanted soup and shrimp, so tom yum soup was the way to go. New Thai Elephant seemed pretty understaffed for a busy Friday night, as they were swamped with serving tables and couldn't get to seating people for a bit.I also got the panang curry with beef and the papaya salad.Papaya salad wasn't overly fishy, but I did feel it could have more flavor. My young nephew and I went because he wanted to take me to a delicious Thai restaurant. That is exactly what this was. We shared a chicken pad thai. It did not take them very long to make and it did not take us very long to finish it off.
