I've popped by this place for a quick takeout dessert whenever I'm in the area. My go-to dessert here is the sesame mochi balls in black sesame paste. It's not too sweet with the perfect balance of savory and sweet and comforting warmth to eat. My friend and I were looking for a decent dessert place to sit down and chat after dinner in the area. We stumbled upon Sweet Moment and decided to take our chances here. However, the menu was more limited than we thought and it definitely seemed like more of a drinks place than your traditional Chinese desserts. The black sesame tang yuan is more than 6$ for 3 balls! Seems pretty expensive and average tasting.Mochi waffle with ice cream also tasted average with an above average price.
