“I have to write a review about this place as soon as I finish my dish. The food is sooooo gooood and the taste of every dishes that I ordered is exactly like in Vietnam. It makes my day because it has been long time since I can eat my favorite food that has the same Vietnamese taste. The staffs and service are great. The price is cheap with great portion. 11/10 “
“Update: Vegan pho has been brought back! Owners mentioned it was by popular request, and they also have a spicy noodle soup that's vegan. Happy to hear it's made a comeback. Old review: Unfortunately they no longer do vegan pho but don't seem interested in updating their banner or menu to reflect that. Bahn mi is only vegan with mayo removed, and so it's quite dry. Isn't the worst meal in a pinch but generally a bit disappointing. Updated from previous review on 2023-04-30“
“Was in town for a business trip and was craving Vietnamese food. Got the Bahn Xeo Chay and it was amazing! Not many places serve this dish so I pretty much always get it if it's on a menu. They did not skimp on the veggies and everything was super fresh. Completely vegan if that is what you are looking for. Plan to come back again if time allows.“
“Right when we walked in, we immediately got greeted by a sweet lady. We weren't rushed or pressured to sit in and eat which I appreciated because some places are really hastily. Me and my boyfriend were waiting for his car to be done and decided to try their pho. It was all fresh and homemade which did alter the taste of the pho but it was still very good. We decided to try their thai tea as well and it was delicious! Overall I would definitely go back when in the area to try some other dishes:)“
“Haven't been to a Bambu in a long time since the one in Westborough closed sometime in 2020? They are the OG for my #5 Smashed Avocado Che. We went for a walk along the Bay and wanted a refreshing Boba Tea so I saw this on Yelp and remembered I'd been to this location before. We used to get Bubbies Frozen Mochis here before they started selling in grocery stores. I saw the projected menu on the wall and both myself and my SIL decided to get the #5 with 50% less sugar. It took a few minutes before we were attended to and the younger gal making some drinks apologized for the wait and that we'd be serviced shortly. We finally ordered our drinks with the older female lady with glasses. When I submitted my credit card on the kiosk, I was reading the prompts showing where to insert my card. The older lady was barking at me trying to explain in her thick accent, what to do with my card? She was impatient and said something twice until I told her "I CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU!!??" then inserted my card the other direction. After all that, I got my receipt and sat down. My hubs noticed her abrupt attitude and said something to me and I said "I know!!" You'd think friendly customer service is important especially for paying $8/drink. That's up $1.50-$1.75 more than I used to pay.Well, our drinks were yummy and satisfying so 4* for the drinks. I think 50% less sugar was still sweet since they used different jellies & I think sweetened condensed milk so I'd try either 25% or 0% next time. They also have an option for Coconut Milk. 1* for the service from the older lady.“
“Honestly so impressed with our entire dining experience here! The food was fresh and delicious with perfect textures and dimensions, the house made hot oil was awesome, the service was friendly, helpful, and quick, and the atmosphere was nice - low lighting, pretty wood accents, and not overly noisy. Do yourself a favor and try the Shanghai butter tofu appetizer. We will be back!“
