I like getting their clam chowder and fish and chips. It's usually less crowded than the Fish Market side and food is ready at a decent time. It's nice to watch the boats set out from here. Even cruise ships pass through here. They have mariachi bands too that come around and play music.
Came to San Pedro to go to another restaurant, but the line was so long we decided to try the Crusty Crab instead. I'm glad we did! The menu appears to be the same as SPFM but the line was significantly shorter.We arrived after the lunch hour on a Saturday. The line started at the parking lot and took about 40 minutes to get up to the window to order. You order at the counter while viewing the beautiful, fresh fish in the case. I'm going to miss this place it was our first visit to the Crust crab we got the combo plate i think #3 With their sauce and lemons it was so good! Hopefully they'll find a place soon we can have their food
