I haven't been to Black Angus for several years. Mainly because I'm a vegetarian. However I was meeting a client who did not know as a vegetarian and they wanted to go here. I was actually pleasantly to surprised to see that there was a couple options on the menu for me. The people that I were with were very happy with the food and the service was Top Notch. Delicious food, service was good. Went on a Monday night, not crowded at all, we had made reservation for 7:30. The host greeted us then disappeared for at least 10 minutes, he clearly was inexperienced.Service was slow because only one server was working. Though, he did do his best to take care of all the tables.Will try on a weekend next time to see if there's any difference.

The manager and staff are very kind and courteous. My food had an error and they were quick to replace it with something fresh . They went above and beyond to fix the mistake and made me feel welcome . This is the type of service you tell people about to check a certain spot out. Good
