“Kaizen Shabu is honestly such a vibe. First off, the food is AMAZING. The Shabu broth is so flavorful ? I’ve been craving this place so much it’s ridiculous. The servers are also all so friendly and knowledgeable about all the different food / drink choices. The vibe is always really fun as well. I highly recommend this spot!“
“Stumbled upon this mom and pop sushi shop. When we walked in, it was about 5:30pm and empty so we felt kind of skeptical. The food told us otherwise. The carpaccio we ordered were flavorful and fresh. The sashimi piece were big and thick - fresh too!People started to come in and they had lots of to-go orders!“
“Tried this place as a recommendation from our friends. They raved about the Snowflakes roll which was spicy and delicious. We also had the spicy edamame, the Thousand Island roll, and the Vegas Baby roll. We picked up our order to go, but the place was very full on a Sunday evening.“
“I absolutely love Sushi and this is one of the best tasting sushi places I have been to in a long time. Maybe I was hungry. I had Tonkatsu Raman and the Raku Roll. The raman was very good and the Raku Roll was OUTSTANDING!! The roll was very large including ample fish and non-rice fillings. Price was also reasonable. I will be back next time I fly to SNA.“
“Great, quick, helping small business. Super friendly and guy is always welcoming and remembers who I am. I'd recommend the chicken or beef bowls. I've never had a bad experience. The guy behind the counter is always fast and knows what my order is. Its a local small business rather than a chain so you're supporting small business. The food is tasty and I get this several times a week. 10/10“
“Love our food there every time we go (which is frequent). Fresh, hot food that is perfectly seasoned. The restaurant is clean and free from clutter. The service is nice, but you cannot be in a rush. The people who work there are friendly and accommodating. Great place... please open a Furaibo in Corona!!“
“Came after recommended by a co-worker. Was looking to a legit Korean food place near my new office in Santa Ana. This is the spot! Got their Bibimbap and it was literally the best I have tasted. My wife who is Korean gets them all the time and I can tell you this place makes the best. I really love how it is family ran and the sweet Korean lady and Korean man work here. I feel like I am in a Korean home. The best part is I got to practice my Korea language with the Korean lady and she chuckled. I hope that was a good sign that I'm learning! Anyway if your in the area please come support this place it will truly be worth it!“
“Deliciously quality sushi with wonderful service. I have been at this place for more than 20 hrs. A bit expensive nowadays because they only offers omasake. Worth a treat once a while, not like old days where I stopped by once very couple weeks.“
“Wanted to try something new this Friday and took a chance here and, it did not disappoint! Staff were kind and no line in the drive though. Burger was one of the best I've had, perfect portion. The fries were double the size of any place you are gonna find. Would recommend trying!“
“Always a treat to swing by Mos. They have been here for years and I grew up eating this. This is before the waba's and the flame broilers. It's like that, but with a Mexican flair as their hot sauce is tapatio. I always enjoy a beef bowl with half chicken added (because gains) with green onions. I always enjoy the tender flavorful meats and the fluffy white rice. This is a go to for my family as well and everyone that I bring here always likes it. Will continue to come here as long as they are around and recommend anyone in the area to give them a try. They are right behind the DMV and have two entrances one on grand and one on the street right behind it. Remember to always bring cash as it is a Cash Only restaurant!“
“Absolutely love going here for a special dinner out. Not only is it my favorite place for shabu shabu, but they also have gluten free sauce options.Kid-friendliness: My seven-year-old loves this place and I've been taking our kids since they were in strollers.“
“I had never tried ramen but let me tell you this right now ..I cannot stop coming I came 2 times this week it is soooooooo good service is excellent nice place to relax after work and listen to good music and eat the Ramen ..I am definitely a ramen girl now love love love it by the time I am done they will know me as a regular for sure....“
“I have been going here for years, usually once a week. Customer service is good, nothing spectacular though, everyone's pretty friendly and attentive. It's one of the few places left in Santa Ana where you can go and have a burger and fries almost street side, I will warn you that there's only 2 or 3 tables, outside dining only, very small space. We always like to sit and watch cars and people go by.My family and I love their big steak cut fries, they're always hot, fresh and made to order. Plus, they aren't too much $$. They serve them individually, each in their own paper bag, packed with extra salt packets, napkins and plenty of ketchup packets. Worth the price, in my opinion. The burgers are good too but I suggest you don't go too late in the day, bcuz they're not so fresh once the sun goes down. Unfortunately this has been my experience, recently. I did call and complain about getting old cold, rubbery patties that were so chewy that my little boys couldn't eat them, and they promised to replace them (they have a little book to write down customer complaints, and stuff they promised to replace along with customers name and number, date of Purchase, ect.) but when my husband showed up a week later to get the burgers replaced, the guy who was working there, (also the same guy who we spoke to on the phone and promised to replace those nasty burgers), says that we took too long to get them and he removed the offer from the book!! (Short little Mexican dude) Sorry I don't remember his name anymore. Really guys??? Really Bad business!! This recently happened to us twice, since then we ask, in advance that our patties are made fresh, to avoid this from happening again. If you have an issue with cold hard food and you don't have money to just throw away, I suggest you check your food before you leave, ask for freshly made patties or just don't go too late in the day guys or you're likely to receive warming drawer meat, that's been there for a long time!! Oh also, I sometimes order grilled cheese for my kids but the way they make them is terrible! They were like warm cheese sandwiches, no buttery golden bread or melted cheese. They were nasty, I had to ask for them to be custom made, extra toasted and please butter the bread. After they made it my way, it was perfect! Hope it helps someone out there! This has only been my experience recently, for the most part, they do pretty good. Thanks for taking the time to read my post guys!!!Vegetarian options: Grilled cheeseSaladsFrench FriesParking: The restaurant sits right in the center of a big parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have lots of kid friendly foods. If you have little ones you might want to keep them seated close to you, or in their stroller or car seat since the tables are right next to the parking lot and the sidewalk and street is very close to their tables.“
“My name is Rahul and if there's one thing I know is Food. This place is better than theAsian Wannabe places/Panda Express/ Pickupstix/etc. For the price to quantity this place does it. The server and chef Jose and his colleague Jerardo have fast and quick service. The sauces you pair with the food are amazing. I would highly recommend jalapeños and the spicy mayo sauce!Parking: A lot of spots openKid-friendliness: They have kids sized stuffWheelchair accessibility: Anyone can pull up order“
“This is what I consider my happy place. mos has a solid reputation in the community with many locals going in about how great it is. I love a #4 Colombo and while I admit it is not the most authentic teriyaki experience. There is something special about Mos 2. I don't only recommend this restaurant to my friends and family I judge them based on their opinion of it. I can not stress debouch how magical Mos is. And I will say that if I were ever in death row. The Mos # 4 combo would be my last meal.“
“My go to for DoorDash, this place has awesome food, I've never had anything bad show up. I want to try the actual restaurant one day but I live pretty far away. They don't have food like this in HB so thankfully I can order it, percent recommend giving this place a shot.“
“Hands down the best teriyaki place I’ve been to. My family and I usually order the chicken plate, it’s a lot of food. Most of the time we split it and save the rest for later. The food tastes fresh and right off the grill. They’re very quick with their service and are very kind.“
“This was my second time visiting after an awesome first visit. The food was great, fish was fresh and came quickly. We did the premium menu and the sashimi plus oysters did not disappoint! The staff and manager are the sweetest. Definitely recommend!“
“One of my favorite sushi places in the area! They never miss! Whether ordering takeout or dining in, the food is always delicious and the ingredients are high quality. They take pride in their hand and cut rolls and they should! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the chefs are too. Will always recommend this place to others and their prices are very fair. An easy 5 stars, every time.“
“This place is comparable to flame broiler or waba grill but much better quality and amount of chicken in their bowl. If you're craving a basic chicken teriyaki rice bowl, this hits the spot. Better option than the next door fast food joints by far.Hours vary so check before you go. Seem to serve the business lunch crowd more than anything.“
