I dont know what happened to this place? Never used to be like this...came here at 4pm ish, there were maybe 7 customers here, empty booths. Asked for a booth and the staff was very lazy to clean one up for us, said it would be 15min wait, even tho there was 3 staff members huddled around the computer. Kaisen is a casual and cozy sushi spot that gives off underground sushi bar vibes. There are hand roll specials every day, and specials every week. Kaisen's revolving sushi plate prices are considered very affordable, and the quality is not downgraded because of the price. The sushi belt does not carry many unique sushi dishes, and it is the same 3 basic California-based sushi rolls being pushed and recycled around.
