The best lil freak show of a bar around.The best people run the joint and they hire the best!It's got a chill indoor seating area with couches and a competitive (free) pool table. Additional outdoor seating really completes the vibe of the place.Cash only, but an atm in the front is there if you need.
One of the finest establishments in Santa Barbara. Off the beaten path and tucked away Elsie’s offers an intimate and eclectic bar experience far from the sb normative. Come for a drink, stay for the art and ambiance ?

This is one of my favorite bars in SB. Such a cool place. It's a great place to hang out and grab some drinks. Bring cash though, no credit cards. They also have a pool table which is a nice feature. And plenty of couches. Lots of couches. The back patio is really nice as well. Never have tried the food.
