I felt like I was on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares before Gordon Ramsey sweeps in to save the business. Lots of waiting followed by cold food and zero attention by the servers. At least we got our food. Other tables walked out after waiting over 90 minutes.

I have dined at Mesa Verde and enjoyed what they serve. But I called to make a dinner reservation for three on a Friday evening and was informed they would not reserve a table for less than six. That is so poor of a service attitude - I can do far better at another vegetarian place.

Staff was amazing and friendly but food was chunky and not as easy to enjoy as you would expect for the price. Unless everyone else has giant mouths some bite size pieces of lettuce are always appreciated.
Very healthy food. Superb service and the flavors are ridiculously satisfying. If you want to eat clean and feel the fullness of tasty plates, go to “Mesa Verde”!
