Booked a reservation for this place during my birthday trip and had the WORST experience. Will definitely stick to Pascucci! Better food, service, and atmosphere.PLEASE READ SIMILAR GOOGLE/ YELP REVIEWS because racism apparently is not new to them. I went with a couple of friends and made sure to make a reservation beforehand. It was not busy at all - maybe 3 or 4 other groups? We still had to wait about 15 mins to be seated. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time, but the food took over 30 mins to come out while we watched other receive theirs. Our waiter only came around to take the order/ drop off the drinks and food. We were watched from afar but not actually checked in on. Food lacked flavor and similar to other reviews anything vegetarian is nearly inedible.After a couple bites I went to use the bathroom. When I returned to my table my friend was accused of being completely asleep (on a phone call with call receipts), another was accused of vaping (she has weak lungs and they don’t even sell them in the area), and I was accused of making a mess so large that “someone is cleaning it up RIGHT NOW” (literally just got to my table how does that even make sense?) Embarrassing and confusing to say the least. Our waiter also seemed confused as we had a an okay experience with him and tried to bring us a desert as an apology, but owner was argumentative/ rude and took all food from us while we had forks in our hands.The owner’s defensive responses to negative reviews shows where she is in trying to improve or accept criticism. Entertaining though - looking forward to more defensive replies and criticizing their customers lol

The pizza dough is more "bready" than I like. I prefer Napolitano crust with burnt black bubbles... My pizza was sorta toasted brown...The food was tasty. I just don't know that it was worth the price.

First off we came in at 8pm and after being told they were closed Monica the manager was nice enough to seat us. Service from Seneca was good and the food was spot on. I'm very happy Monica sat us because I would have never came back and now Ive found a spot I can frequent. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs,mushroom and leek fettuccine, chicken Marsala and pasta with pink sauce . Everything was delicious and I was completely satisfied. Not to mention the outside tables with a fire pit had the perfect ambiance. Worth a visit. ??

Very disappointing almost inedible. Veggie pizza…Chef used bitter green olives, artichoke hearts where not cut to bite size, it was garlic heavy, and worst of all saturated in so much olive oil it was dripping from the bottom. Did a lunch take out and maybe the chef had a bad days. We will try one more time as Mizza came highly recommended but wow, it was bad!

We sat outside on the patio. Great service. The spicy shrimp with vodka sauce is excellent. Side salad is big enough for 2 people to split with an entree. Canollis (2) can be shared also.

My friends and I were excited about the reopening of the Pizza Mizza at La Arcada Plaza. What a disappointment we had. Definitely, we will not go back. The manager-named Karla was moody, unprofessional, took our order incorrectly and made us pay for her mistake. Also the service was very slow, no utensils at the table, we had to ask three times to have utensils. When we received the check we found out that we were charged for the incorrect order, and told the manager that we were not supposed to pay for her mistake, the manager’s response was that we could complain to her boss. What a customer service! That manager needs serious training about customer service and treating customers with respect.

If I could rate it 0 Stars, I would. Let me start off by saying this, this company treats their employees horribly. They do not get breaks at all for 5-6 hour shifts which I don’t even know how that’s legally possible. The food is absolutely awful, i’ve had peers tell me that they were served RAW chicken. On top of this the major discrepancies that happen at this restaurant are far too dire. There was an individual who very recent to this rating, went to the bathroom in the middle of the sidewalk where this restaurant intrudes. In other words he left his manure for all customers to see and this isn’t the first time something crazy like this has happened. In conclusion, please take your appetite somewhere else and if you’re going to tip at any restaurant I recommend doing it directly because owners and servers don’t like to tip out correctly.Kid-friendliness: They do not like Dogs anywhere near the restaurant

Nice and comfy italian restaurant at El Paseo region in Santa Barbara.I visited with my girlfriend and the experience was very good. The menu is quite wide and dishes we ordered were big portioned and very tasty. There was also a wine menu but I havent tried.The service is normal and I expected more for the price level which is compatible with the overall experience anyways. The space is well decorated and comfortable. There are tables in and outside depending on customer's preference. I do recommend.

My family and I were visiting from out of town. We love Santa Barbara and we were excited about having a nice meal. The food was good—no complaints there. The service was not good. I ordered for my mom and I. We ordered the same meal, but one for each of us. My daughter and husband ordered different dishes. When the food arrived, my mom, husband, and daughter received theirs. The server asked me if I needed an extra plate. I was confused and said that I didn’t. Several minutes passed and I realized that the server must have thought that my mom and I were going to share one meal. When I let the server know that I had also ordered the same dish as my mom, she apologized and said that she would rush my order so that I would get my food. My family had finished their meals by the time that I received the meal that I had originally ordered. The server apologized again. When we received the bill, we were charged the full price.Honestly, I was expecting, at the very least, some kind of compensation. We will not return again on our many visits to Santa Barbara.
