“This is one of my favorite places to grab a drink in Santa Barbara. Used to have the greatest jukebox. I really wish they would put another one in but totally understandable. It's got a fantastic vibe and a great selection of drinks. Bartenders are excellent.“
“Friendly little dive bar. Right across the street from handlebar on de la vine. Hence the name! The bartenders are very nice and it only takes a few visits to be seen as a regular. Most of the people there are pretty funny. Pricing is solid and it’s a pretty comfortable place. I’m a big fan of the music and plenty booze free beverages if you’re the DD. This is an unexpected nice gem.“
“Came here for Happy Hour while walking down State Street - my husband has been here many times before and always speaks so good of it that I was excited for us to finally try it together. Not very busy during happy hour (though I've seen it completely PACKED at night), it's pretty big inside with plenty of seating options. Great happy hour choices - the birria queso tacos were great, and they have a decent alcohol menu on happy hour as well. Their regular drink menu, though, is good - their Smoky Pasilla Margarita is great if you like mezcal. Really enjoyed their skinny margarita with muddled strawberries - just the right amount of sweetness, but pretty strong, too. Their big winner, though, is their starter of chips, salsa, and bean dip ... the bean dip is where it's at! I could come here for a drink and just be satisfied with eating chips and bean dip. So good!! Parking on State Street is always hit or miss, but if you're willing to pay a few bucks, there's a paid lot less than a block away you can usually always find parking in. Great stop for happy hour!“
“This is a pretty decent dive bar located on the 1200 block of state. The drinks are good and the bartenders are friendly. Its a nice place to hang out. They also have a pool table which is great. Last time I was here was had drinks and then got take out from the BBQ place next door while we were waiting for a sunken gardens movie to start, I think that place went out of business though.Parking: Plenty of parking. If you can't find street parking, find a paid lot.“
“First, the pizza is really good! They sure know how to make good pizza. My chicken salad was not worth the price, no fresh veggies and the chicken was flavorless. The pasta Alfredo was delicious. The lemonade drinks are pretty good.Nice and big location, perfect to bring the family for any occasion.Very affordable prices and good customer service.“
