We asked for onion rings with our meal. My husband specifically asked if the onion rings were in the bag this time, he gets home and none in the bag! On top of that, he gets charged for a tip he never authorized. He went back and no apology from the manager. No refund on the unauthorized tip. Be aware! Check your bags and your receipts!!

Not the same as the original when it was owned by locals. Ordered a double char and their hamburger patties are thin and rubbery like McDonald's. Did not taste good. This place just keeps getting worse and worse, especially since it's now owned by a big chain. Quality of food has gone way down.

Ironic that there is a Hamburger Habit about 3 blocks from my home yet this is my first time to an HH: and good in that it is SB that this joint originated. This one is in La Cumbre on a corner across from the 'bux and Lure (next to Bristol) and near where there used to be a Sears. The food is ordered at a front desk, i was given a pager which scared the beegezus out of me when it wailed on announcing my food is ready to pick up. And yet i was asked to tip the counter people? What makes more sense is to tip the cooks. i mean we also had to help ourselves and schlepp the condiments outside plus bus out table. In any event: the food was very good: burgers cooked to order as were the fries. We sat outside which under normal circumstances would have been a pleasure during this beautiful, sunny SB day. But there is major LOUD construction going on in what was the Sears parking lot. The counter people were a little shy and quiet in a situation which required loud speech and specific instructions. Yet the service was good overall. We took home the Grilled chicken Sammy on Sourdough which also included Avocado and Bacon. This endured the 10 minute ride home and my nephew loved it. Good time at the HH today. I will be back, Cheers!

I've eaten at the Habit in Santa Clarita numerous times and loved it Last week I had the opportunity to eat at the original Habit in Goleta California The entire meal was fresh, hot and delicious, but the fries, they were the pinnacle of fry-ness. You know, when you never want to run out of something delicious? Yea, like that Much respect to the owner, management, and employees

Unbelievable Came in with my family of 10 people spending over $150 we asked for 8 ranch's and the rude short lady named Nancy yelled at my uncle when he asked why 10 people couldn't get 8 ranch's they she would only give us 4 this is unbelievably rude group of people! Wish I could give zero stars

We never get the order we placed. Cannot make the complaint until we go back to the store? Super sucks and we are not going back there until you’re taking care of the customers.

Saw two cockroaches during our visit. One got stepped on, the other ran into the kitchen area. Our Cobb salad was made with shredded iceberg. Never seen a Cobb salad made with shredded iceberg in my life. Had to check the website when we got home to see if it was a mistake. But no, that’s the way they make it now. I’d expect higher quality of ingredients for the price. Service was slow, fries were soft/soggy. The quality has really deteriorated. No desire to return.

Ever since corporate took over this location, both the food and the service have worsened.Every order, pick up or in person, is incorrect. It’s small things (regular instead of sweet potato fries, teriyaki chicken instead of steak, etc).They changed the lettuce in the salads to shredded, which increases volume but decreases both taste and longevity (ie I used to be able to order a salad and eat half for lunch and half for dinner, but now it’s the same price, and barely enough for lunch).I understand the margins for a franchise are slim, but I’m very sorry to see the quality of the original SB Habits decrease.
