Generous portion and generous ingredients on the Silence Roll. This roll has shrimp tempura and creamy imitation crab inside. Topped with LOTS of little scallops (I appreciate the amount of scallops on this roll). Also, covered with sweet brown sauce, spicy creamy mayo sauce, green onions and fish roe. The spicy sauce just had enough kick to give the roll another layer of flavor, not too strong. The rice had good soft texture but not mushy. Rice could use more of the sushi rice...read full review

Ordered the Red Dragon Roll at the Spicy Fest. It was basically a California roll with a little bit of fried stuff on top and a fried shrimp running through it. It was their dish for Spicy Fest, and it was not spicy at all. Everything else tasted fine in it. It was delivered fast, and it was a food truck, so that was the ambiance.

Got one of my rolls wrong because of the Spanish English barrier but it was still alright. Its not bad at all, Mexicans making sushi, sums it all up, if it's not some ones 62 year old uncle with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and a beer making Asian food in the kitchen I don't want it, there's actual sushi bars in Frisco, it's only a quick drive, but if your near campus and want some quick okay sushi, give it a try.
