“5 star for the service. The servers were knowledgeable and polite. Liked the ambiance and the white table cloths on the tables, very crisp and clean and gives a formal, polished vibe and good enough for a special Occasion dining. 5 star for the price and the food quality as well as quantity. It met my expectations! Now when it comes to food I think they did a good job. I only ordered vegetarian dishes ( chole bhature, veg Manchurian, butter naan and laccha paratha) and they all were fresh. The chole was delicious and non spicy ( as I asked) for the kids. The veg Manchurian balls were good, however the gravy could have been more flavorful with ginger garlic and seasoning. To me it was more soup Like than what I like. The bhature could be better with natural fermentation than the baking soda one but i think they probably do that to avoid food wastage. Would love to get yoghurt fermented bhature over the baking soda one. Overall I think they do a good job in serving high quality food with fresh ingredients and good taste. I will come back to try non-vegetarian dishes next time and update my review.“
“One of the best South Indian vegetarian restaurants in the Bay Area.Regularly have a long waiting time due to the rush even though they have a decent amount of seating. My favourites are Rava masala dosa and Poori Chana. The podi items are usually very spicy, some might like it but not for everyone. Their ginger chutney is very unique. They are also open usually till 9:30pm.Parking is usually tricky and gets crowded during peak hours. You need to go and make a reservation in an online queue. Service is not their strong point. Sometimes you have to wait a long time before anyone comes to check on you after seating. Not at all any resemblance of professionalism. But the food is good.“
“Best Indian food not far from the SF 76ers Levi's Stadium, food and the ambience makes you feel like homeI asked for something not spicy, they recommended Butter Chicken, OMG, it just so yummy, not to mention their garlic bread, love it !!!“
“We ordered vegan pizzas with dietary restrictions a few months back and they were awesome . Asked the chef to customize on phone for deliveryVegetarian options: We ordered vegan ( no onion garlic ) pizza and it was awesomeDietary restrictions: We ordered vegan ( no onion garlic mushroom ) pizza and it was awesome“
“Update: Mar 8 2024Went for lunch and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality there with the excellent lunch options. Service was taken care of by Mansi and team.We ordered the Vadai Pav, Sol Kadhi (Kokum Lassi), Kadak Chai, Tawa Pulav and finished with the Fig Kulfi. I had ordered the sabudana Vada as well. The the crust on the water was very hard for us and hence had to return it. Since there were no other options that we preferred for replacement, the staff took it off our tab so we don't have to pay. The service recovery was very effective. Kudos to them. Special mention for the Sol Kadhi here. Very yummy!!This is a great place for enjoying excellent Maharashtrian cuisine in a great setting. Service is good and the place is spacious to accommodate larger groups. They have an amazing range of appetizers and entrees covering both vegetarian and meat options. Some of the dishes tend to be slightly high on the "Hot ?️ Pepper" scale. So exercise caution and discuss with the host or hostess about your preference before ordering.Today, our group ordered Sabudana vada, Vanguache Bharit (roasted eggplant similar to Bhaingan Bharat), Chapati and Mumbai Tawa Pulav. We started the appetizer (Sabudana Vada) with a cutting chai. The Tawa Pulav was a decent portion and we had leftovers to take home. The eggplant was just enough for the three of us but quite sufficient. The food was amazing. In spite of the hot pepper scale being high on the eggplant dish, we absolutely enjoyed the food. In case you find the food hot, do ask them for some lime wedges to splash on the food which helps reduce the heat.Recommend going early or making a reservation as it might get crowded on Fridays and weekends.Restrooms are plenty and very clean. (Bonus points!). Plenty of parking to accommodate larger crowds.Highly recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Decent Vegan optionsKid-friendliness: Spacious“
“I think this is the best Modern India n restaurant in Santa Clara Sunnyvale.Had Gol gappa, Gunpowder Cauliflower, Lamb Panchphoron Paan cocktail. All of them excellent. The Gunpowder cauliflower was amazing. Lightly spiced. The lamb was really tender. And came with daal jeera rice and halg parathha.“
“Great tasting mitahi at this place. The staff and proprietor were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped carry out the purchase to the car. Definitely comping back as a repeat customer!Parking: They have reserved parking spots for their customers.. otherwise it would be a bit difficult“
“This is my favorite spot for Indian food. My wife loves it too. We've had a la carte and the buffet. My wife first tried it at work- her indian coworkers ordered it for a team lunch. The buffet is really good. There is a wide selection and the food is fresh. They always refill the food promptly. My favorite is the tikka masala. My wife loves the butter chicken. There is also some indian dessert, but we've never tried it.When ordering a la carte, we typically order the lamb curry, orka and onions, and naan. There are two sizes so be sure to clarify which one you want. The price is fairly expensive compared to other places but its worth it. I brought food over to my mom's house for sunday dinner and everyone loved it. There is plenty of seating- booths and tables. The place is fairly clean. The bathroom is super small so make sure you go before coming in- its not the cleanest bathroom.“
“The lunch and dinner buffet is just awesome! I am writing this review after trying both, that too multiple times. This place never fails to amaze me with its tasty and homely food. We always come here all the way from Hayward, just for food. The menu is 100% vegetarian. They will serve you fresh hot rotis with ghee or without ghee as you prefer (v soft, Just like home). Don’t miss the desert: Shrikhand is a thick creamy and delicious Indian dessert made with strained yogurt, powdered sugar, cardamoms, saffron & nuts. Puran poli was also great! I would highly recommend visiting this place!Vegetarian options: This is a pure vegetarian and vegan restaurantParking: Parking is available alwaysKid-friendliness: V much kid friendly“
“Food is mostly good, we ordered a lot of stuff including sham savera, dhaniya paneer, kofta, biryani, naans, except sham savera all were good. Sham savera was a bit bland for our taste. Also the quantity was a bit on the lesser side for the price. One of the best ambience you will find for an indian restaurant in the south “
“The combination of mouthwatering momos, welcoming ambiance, and attentive service made it a standout restaurant. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The chutneys were a perfect complement to the momos. Overall, Momo Hub is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to savor authentic momos.“
“Home-catered food for an event. Got the pav bhaji, kothimbir vadi, puloa, rasgullah, and solkadhi. All the food was excellent, packaged well, and worth the price I paid. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this place for your next event.“
