Last 3 times at the drivethru they always get my order wrong. The employees can't understand customers' orders and the screen is broken so we can't see that they wrote it down wrong.
I just had a misunderstanding with the staff over there, the staff was asking to check the order on my phone but I told them I ordered it from home and that I have the order number to verify, they could not understand at first but eventually understood. Over the process they have been very courteous, so the experience has been positive.

This is a very nice little dive bar in japantown. It's quiet in the daytime. A lot of fun tonight. In the summer the patio is amazing. It's definitely worth checking out. And if you're single, it's not so bad.
