Place is not well kept. It appears that the business has been taken over by another owner who kept up the old menu. The window lists that they serve breakfast and lunch. There are no breakfast items. Most of the menu that is large on the wall is no longer available. Lots of coffees listed that are not available. No current menu to know what they offer. I got a "vietnamese sandwich" though the bread was "subway style".It was good,but, I have had better at other Vietnamese restaurants.A little pricey. $8.50 for a sandwich,but it's a 10" sandwich.I usually get it for under $6 (8" real deal) @ SJ phô places. Well I had to give it a try.3☆

I was in the area and craving Vietnamese Ice Coffee, so by this place around 1pm on Friday. The place was empty. The Vietnamese Ice Coffee ($6) was decent. It was strong and sweet and full of ice cubes just how I like it. I wished they added more crushed ice, but over good. I don't think I would come here to eat because the place is empty and a little sketchy with no price on the menu.
